Life through a lens - Micellaneous Monday

Lazy day today, just got back from shopping with hubby and crazy son. Utterly exhausted and crazy son is hyper as anything... JOYS!

This was taken Christmas Day when we took a family walk over to Hainault Forest. I love how in Hainault Forest (well it's probably like it in most forests) there are always so many fallen trees that are great fun for kids. Callum loved this particular tree.

Life through a lens - Surprise Sunday, Berry Red

On Christmas Day we decided to go over to Hainault Forest for a pre-dinner walk and... we took the dog. There was lots of ice, wet muddy puddles and a few people but not much colour.

Apart from this!


It was pretty much the only bit of colour we saw in the whole walk. Also I know it's not the most perfect photo but I'm starting to find being six and a half months pregnant a little bit limiting to getting certain shots, especially when you're surrounded by slippery mud and ice.
